Founded in 1979 as the Memphis Cash Management Association, the Mid South Association of Financial Professionals is a non-profit professional organization dedicated to providing a forum for its members to keep abreast of new developments in the rapidly changing field of Treasury and Financial Management.
MSAFP assists in the exchange of ideas, techniques and practical applications related to improving financial management through education and communication.
MSAFP members represent a wide range of corporations, banks, government entities and universities. We have over 70 members representing most of the top companies headquartered in Memphis and surrounding metropolitan areas.
In addition to speakers addressing current treasury and finance topics, monthly meetings also provide a forum for treasury-finance professionals to discuss current issues in their workplace. Current issues are introduced each month and a variety of topics are available.
Monthly luncheon meetings are usually held the third Thursday of each month with a summer break during the months of July and August.
Our mission is to be the premier forum for the exchange of treasury and financial knowledge in the Mid South.
